Witton Lodge Community Association
Witton Lodge Community Association is a Non-registered Housing Association and a Charity. It currently owns 167 rented properties on the Perry Common Estate including a 40 place extra care sheltered scheme at Sycamore Court in Buxton Road and 2 units which are leased 
to the Lisieux Trust an organisation which seeks to home people with disabilities. All of the Association's dwellings are less than 10 years old and are built to extremely high standards. For information about how to become a tenant of the Association, please click here
