…we will encourage a caring, friendly, fun-loving and welcoming community, to which every member can contribute and where they can develop fun, joy, peace and (above all else) a loving and caring home for themselves, their partner, children and grandchildren.
Nobody is too old or too young, too rich or too poor, too successful or unsuccessful to be valued and included in this exciting mission to make Perry Common the best urban village to live in, to make supportive friendships, to put down roots, to raise children and to grow old. All-age activities should support each other and merge where possible, to draw the vitality and stimulation of youth with the wisdom and experience of growing older.
